The Disappointed

After launching Dirt Farmer, their "pop gem" (Gemma Pike, Triple J) debut single in May, supporting Perth's Emperors and Adelaide's Dexter Jones in June, and playing shows all over WA, Perth rockers The Disappointed hit the studio with WAMI award winning producer Dave Parkin (Emperors, Sugar Army) to record their debut EP in August. The Disappointed play a unique blend of jagged new wave, grunge and math rock. Pop sensibilities, accomplished songwriting and a distinct darkness pull it all together. Full time keys, twin guitars, a 4 pronged vocal attack and super-tight execution make for an exciting and convincing live show.
